Welcome! This help system is your source for all information related to the EM platform ESPP Employee Stock Purchase Plan application – what it does, how you perform tasks, how you run reports. As the product is always evolving, so is this help system! If you open a support ticket because you didn't find what you needed in the help system, please be sure to provide that information to your support rep. It will help us improve your help system experience.

Using Help Before You Begin

The help system uses these conventions to present information on various topics:

Use the search bar to find information about specific topics. Always search on at least three characters to improve search results.

When you view any page in the user interface and want information about it, just click > Help and the topic related to the page displays in a new browser window.

When you view the list of reports under Reports > Run Reports and want to preview a report before running it, click the Quick Look icon to see a description, sample image, and detailed information about the report.

Screen shots of pages, sections of pages, and sample reports are often presented as thumbnails, small images that expand and collapse when you click them. This avoids having to scroll past a large image to get to the explanatory text.

When you see a right-facing arrow in front of a subject name or phrase in blue text, click the arrow to expand the hidden text. This is often used to hide information not needed by all users; for example, to provide a more detailed explanation or example of a concept.

Glossary terms are highlighted in blue and presented in a pop-up window. Hover over the term to view the definition.
